Hey, I'm trying to decide between the Jamis Portal A1 & A2. SPEC SHEET. DAKAR. 2019. The DAKAR A2 has an aluminum fork, a rigid seatpost, and a better fork; the B-17 1 has a fork; and the DAKAR A1 has a magnesium fork. 120mm suspension travel. This MTB features a hardtail frame, there’s nothing entry-level about this bike. But the A1 isn't a bad deal at it's price either if you can't afford the extra grand.
